- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been shipped.

- Due to the custom nature of printing, refunds are only offered if the product is defective or does not match the approved design.
- Claims for errors or defects must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- UPrint IDEA is not responsible for customer-provided errors (e.g. low-resolution images, typos in text).
